Back Orders: Some delays in receiving product may be unavoidable. We automatically back-order out-of-stock items and ship them as soon as we receive them from our manufacturing facility.
Damages & Returns: Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Report any losses, short shipments, or damages to us at once. All claims must be made within seven days after receipt of shipment. Save damaged merchandise and packing materials until claim is settled.
Guarantee: We offer testing samples on most products so that our customers can become familiar with them at a reasonable cost. Should a product not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Unopened containers of paint, stains, wood-finishes, cleaners, and other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Opened paint containersand custom tinted paints may not be returned. We also do not accept C.O.D. packages/returns.
