The following information contains all ordering instructions for United States customers. It also addresses shipping, transit times, forms of payment, and product guarantee for BioShield products. To inquire about the status of an order, check online in your account or call 1-505-438-3448. You can also click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the site to send your questions.

West Coast: 3-5 days*
Southwest: 1-3 days*
Midwest: 2-4 days*
East Coast: 4-5 days*

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are calculated for ground service in the continental United States. These charges include the average cost to package, insure and ship. Please call for quotes on shipments outside the continental United States and Canada.

Air Service
Upon request, we offer one, two, and three-day air service. We will not ship any items that contain flammable liquids; included are #1, #3, #23, #4/44, and #9, Please request a price quote on air charges, since there are large variations in the weight of our merchandise.

Back Orders
Some delays in receiving product may be unavoidable. We automatically back-order out-of-stock items and ship them as soon as they become available. When placing an order through our secure website your credit card will get charged at the time you place your order. In case that we are out of stock on all or part of your order we will notify you and let you know how long it will take approximately to fill the entire order. At that point you can let us know how you want us to proceed with your order.

When you select ‘Check/Money Order’ for your order payment, please mail your payment to the address indicated. We accept certified checks and money orders. Please be sure to include your order number, full address and phone number (and/or email) when sending in your payment. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

Damages & Returns
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt, and immediately report any losses, short shipments or damages to us. All claims must be made within seven days after receipt of shipment. Save damaged merchandise and packing materials until claim is settled.

In response to our customers’ concerns about privacy issues, we keep our list of customers, including their email addresses, private. We do not share any customer information with other companies.

We offer testing samples on most products so that our customers can become familiar with them at a reasonable cost. Should a product not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Unopened containers of un-tinted paint, stains, wood finishes, cleaners, and other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Opened paint containers and tinted paints may not be returned. (Please call us for a return authorization on all orders. Returns must be clearly marked with a return authorizations. We will not accept C.O.D. packages/returns or any packages that are not marked with a return authorization.
